Korea's Lease Reporting Rule: 30-Day Deadline and Fines
In Korea, a housing lease with a deposit above KRW 60 million or monthly rent above KRW 300,000 must be reported within 30 days. Since June 1, 2025, late reports cost KRW 20,000 to 300,000.
